I am a school teacher and recently started building a home on some land given to me by my father. I used R18 000 of my own savings and realized that this wouldn’t e enough to cover the building costs. I took my first loan with Loans South Africa for R14000 to pay a local builder to lay the foundation. My second loan was for R17000 which I used to buy more bricks and start putting up walls. Today my home is almost complete and I have just 6 months left and my loan will be paid back.

My son completed his grade 12 in 2013 with distinctions in accounting and mathematics and wanted to further his studies at the university of Kwa-zulu Natal. I had no idea how expensive a degree could be and had not saved enough. Fortunately was I able to get a loan from Loans South Africa that covered all his fees and text books. I am so happy that I could do this for my sons future.

I have always dreamed of opening my own hair salon but never had enough capital. I applied for a loan with Loans South Africa for R50 000 and this was enough to rent premises and buy all the equipment I needed to start. I quickly started making profit and was able to employ two people to work for me. Within a year, I was able to repay the loan in full and I now have my own successful business.
